This is Emily. She's 10 years old. She was adopted at the age of 5 by Bob and Pam Christophers. She became best friends with her sister Carolyn. Christmas morning she got up with her sister very early. Her sister helped her start the fire in the fireplace and then told Emily to wait while she brought their parents some presents to wake them up with. However, their parents had fallen prey to the outbreak. Emily looks to the future with fear.
